SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential clients to generate new business
- Explore sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, provide technical information while building lasting relationships with customers
- Respond to tenders, RFQ, RFIs and general queries
- Carry out general sales and marketing activities for the team
- Assist in the sales documentation and customer invoicing
- Close sales
- Manage relationships with the existing customers
Education, Skills and experience required
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
- Certifications in Sales & marketing or equivalent
- Additional certification and training e.g. oracle, HP, Microsoft sales track
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in solution selling
- Should be a team player
- Having worked in a similar ICT environment is an added advantage
